Area Sales Manager

Job Description

  • Drive primary and secondary sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets for the assigned area.
  • Develop and manage relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key retail accounts.
  • Lead, train, and monitor the performance of Sales Officers / Field Sales Representatives.
  • Implement trade promotions, schemes, and marketing initiatives at the retail level.
  • Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights.

Job Specification
